[HIRING] INVESTOR RELATIONS INTERN - PART TIME/FULL TIME

Web3 Space is an education, acceleration & Investment Fund Web 3.0 products. Our offerings include networking and fundraising events, educational activities such as workshops, technical seminars, and hackathons, as well as acceleration programs. We have established partnerships with several Tier 1 VCs and prominent players in the blockchain industry, including Solana, Klaytn, Cosmos, TOPL

We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our Operations team and help us advance our mission of educating and accelerating millions of aspiring web3 and blockchain builders in Vietnam and South East Asia region

Responsibilities:

• Create and gather databases of potential investors including: Venture Capitalist, Angle Investors, Foundation and Accelerator,... by conducting thorough research and defining targeted client personas through digital platform channels.

• Develop close ties with current and potential investors to address issues/needs, share information, and resolve conflicts as needed.

• Participate in networking events with Investors, product builders, and marketing agencies to gather contacts and leads.

• Collaborate with various departments to complete tasks related to board approvals, document signing, and the organization of board meetings

• Conduct market research and analyze marketing trend to suggest improvements for our own products.

• Understand the fundraising process and have practical experience in executing at least one fundraising round (pitching, commercial due diligence, financial and tax due diligence, contract negotiation).

Qualifications

• 4th year university student majoring in fields such as economics, business, computer science, marketing, or related fields

• Able to work at least 24 hours per week

• The ideal candidate must have native-level proficiency in Vietnamese, as well as be able to use English as a working language.

• The successful candidate should have a strong passion and ability for event management and technology, including a basic understanding of blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrency.

• Any additional knowledge in these areas would be considered a plus.

• Strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and partner management capabilities.
