Web3 Space is a Vietnam-based education and acceleration platform for Web 3.0 products. Our offerings include networking and fundraising events, educational activities such as workshops, technical seminars, and hackathons, as well as acceleration programs. We have established partnerships with several Tier 1 VCs and prominent players in the blockchain industry, including Solana, Algorand, and Polygon.
We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our Operations team and help us advance our mission of educating and accelerating millions of aspiring Web3 and blockchain builders in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Create and manage documents/ planned required for the events
Create new procedures (if needed) for organizing events
Manage escalated on-site issues
Coordinate and integrate all other operations within an event
Work with other departments to ensure that all operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.
Resolve escalated participants' enquiries, partner or sponsor’s requirements regarding the events.
Assist with setting up and tear down of events
Manage the cost of consumable materials in each event to ensure the target
Document work processes, suggest periodic process/event improvement
Resolve HR & Administration-related tasks
Qualifications
Work experience at least 6 months in this field, graduated student majoring in fields such as computer science, economics, business, marketing or related fields
Able to work at least 40 hours per week
The ideal candidate must have native-level proficiency in Vietnamese, as well as be able to use English as a working language.
The successful candidate should have a strong passion and ability for event management and technology, including a basic understanding of blockchain, web3, and cryptocurrency.
Any additional knowledge in these areas would be considered a plus.
